Giving us access to your ad accounts

Meta: Facebook and Instagram

There are two ways to do this. The first takes about a minute.

Send us your Business Manager ID

Send us the number and we will send you a request to approve. That is the whole job.

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings
  2. Look at the web address in your browser. You will see business_id= followed by a long number.
  3. Send us that number. You will get a notification to approve, and we are connected.

Cannot find it? Send us a screenshot of your Business Settings page and we will pick it out for you.

Or add us yourself

Who owns what

Everything stays in your name. We are added as a partner, never as an owner, so your advertising history, audiences and tracking data belong to you and stay with you even if we stop working together. You can review or remove our access whenever you like, and nothing needs a password change.

All done?

Let us know and we will confirm everything came through within one working day.
